  Very unhappy. I called Sidney and Hacking early morning for an emergency job. He explained the lady that I had some tenants for our holiday rental arriving on the afternoon and that I needed it fixed ASAP. The person in charge told me she would call me back within the hour and that they will send someone on the afternoon. She CONFIRMED that they were definitely coming. By 12:30, more than four hours later, not having received a confirmation phone call I called them back. Speaking with the same lady, she briefly put me on hold to find out about the arrival time. After less than a minute on hold, she informed me that they could only send a person the following morning as they had more important jobs to do on the afternoon.

  They did not have the decency to inform me earlier leaving me in a terrible situation with our guests. This is NOT acceptable, unprofessional, rude. A simple courtesy phone call would have allowed me to book another plumber on the same day. I already heard terrible stories about this company by many acquaintances but now I can tell first hand what they meant. I will now personally spread the word like many other people have done in the past. Moral of the story: listen to your friends and acquaintances before choosing any trades people.
