  I stopped into Minarelli Smash Repairs as a friend had recommended them. Their service was outstanding! As I'm only in Lismore for a week, they couldn't complete the work for me in time but they took the time to come out and look at the damage anyway. They gave me an idea of what work would need to be done and how much it should cost. They also explained and gave me some info on insurance companies which was great. They then got on the phone to the MTA and found out the best place for me to go near where I live. I'm now reconsidering driving back from Sydney in a month just so that they can do the work. I know that if they showed that much care to someone who wasn't even a customer then my car is definitely safe in their hands. Great people! Thanks for all the advice and info :)

  I recently used Minarelli's who have been known as the best repair shop in town for at least thirty years that I know of. You get good old fashioned and friendly service, top quality work and an effortless claims process with them. I had the offer of a loan car, and ended up getting the car back earlier than expected. Many shops now push through high volume low quality work under the insurers pump- not here - experienced operators doing quality work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

  I highly recommend Minarelli Smash Repairs to anyone that needs any repairs done, they do a 5 star job and their customer service is second to none. There are no corners cut here. Couldn't have asked for a better job. I fully recommend them to anyone needing work done to their car. I will not hesitate going back to these guys. Keep up the great work guys.

  Absolutely fantastic service lovely staff and my car is like new. I cannot speak highly enough of the service in quality repairs that Minarelli have provided myself with. Thank you I wouldn't go anywhere else!
