Charged $1250 to "patch" a cross member, tack an engine mount and weld one small rust hole. I was originally told it would be this much as they allegedly had to unpick the crossmember and totally dismantle the front eg. bumper, radiator, grille etc right back to the crossmember and then weld the repalcement crossmember in place followed by reassembly. I showed up at the shop and all they had done was patch the crossmember and they only had to remove the front bumper to gain access. I was in the same car club as these thieves so I thought that they would at least do the right thing by their fellow members. HOW WRONG WAS I?????
