  Following one of our cars getting damaged by a rolling gate we asked for a quote for repairs and gave our insurance details. Two weeks after the inspection and taking of photos the insurance called asking why we hadn't supplied a quote. We asked for an explanation and they said they had sent it but would send it again. Three days later still no quote at the insurance company and another phone call suddenly it was finally sent. Aussie dent king told us it would be 5-6 weeks before they could fit it in. We went looking for a second opinion as we weren't happy to keep driving a damaged car. We found an insurance company approved workshop in Goonellabah. We had the inspection on a Thursday, approval Friday morning and a booking for work to start Monday morning in under 24hrs. The car was fixed and back in a week.

  I had at least one small dent on each quarter panel, spoke to these guys. To save a little, they told me what I could remove to help them. Did that and dropped it in. Frankly, I didn't know if small ripples could even be done. When I picked it up and sighted across the panels, I couldn't see any sign of where they used to be. It wasn't expensive either, so I'm really pleased with their work.
