  Horrible customer service. Engaged in 2013 to put in a ATWS in Casino. They happily took my deposit, finally produced a draft OSMS after many months but it wasn't what I'd asked for. They refused to listen to me (just the customer) and refused to accept other expert opinions.Final document was of no use. A complete waste of time and money.

  I rang and asked Laser Plumbing Lismore to quote on a Solar hot water system and from the moment they picked up the phone I have had nothing but great service. Tim informed me of all my options when he came out and quoted. I went with a Rheem stainless steel roof system which was install within a week professionally.
